Application For Lease Information
Applicant desires to lease from the
Lafayette Airport Commission, in accordance with La. R.S.
2:135.1(A)(4), the following described lands (attach plat):
A $2,500.00 Application Fee in the form of a
Cashier’s Check, Certified Check or Letter of Credit is attached and
submitted as required by the Lafayette Airport Commission. Applicant
understands that the Application Fee is nonrefundable, except as
provided herein.If the Applicant executes a
lease with the Lafayette Airport Commission for the above described
property, then, in that event, the Application Fee will be returned
to the Applicant within ten (10) days after the lease is recorded.
If the Applicant does not execute a lease with the
Lafayette Airport Commission for the above described property for
any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the inability of
the parties to agree to the terms and conditions of a lease, the
Application Fee will be forfeited by the Applicant to the Lafayette
Airport Commission.
